Environmental Service & Design are currently project managing the redevelopment and renewal of this former Hydro Village in the Central Highlands of Tasmania into a high quality tourism facility, including five star lodge and other accommodation opportunities.

This ambitious project will see approximately 60 new cottages developed on the site, all of which are form part of a development plan put together by Environmental Service & Design staff.

Environmental Service & Design inputs into this project include design and upgrade of development infrastructure including water, sewerage and drainage, as well as the refurbishment of the existing buildings and construction of new buildings.

Vegetation planning and management is also being undertaken by Environmental Service & Design specialists, as well as a rezoning of the site under the Central Highlands Planning Scheme.

Recently added is the clifftop spa center complete with 2 cedar spa hot tubs.
